Dibond is the brand name of Aluminium composite sheeting. Other common names include Dilite, Dibond Digital and Raybond. Lightweight and rigid, this cut material consists of a flexible polyethylene core covered with a thin 0.3mm thick aluminium sheet on either side, and is finished with a high quality lacquer that guarantees perfect direct UV printing.

Dibond is mainly used for making signs and displays, it weathers extremely well, with high UV resistance and excellent stability within a range of temperatures. Making it suitable for both Internal and External applications. The perfect metal replacement, Dibond offers the same metallic finish without the weight or the risk of rusting like some other metals. Dibond is easy to work with, it can be drilled, riveted, screwed or nailed to almost any surface, and as it will not rust or crack it is ideal for both long and short term use.

Acrylic is a transparent thermoplastic material with great strength, rigidity, and optical clarity. It bonds extremely well with adhesives and can also be thermoformed. It is very durable and has an incredibly high impact resistance in comparison to other transparent plastics and glass.
