Display board is a 2mm thick card like material that can be direct UV printed upon and contour cut to custom shapes and sizes. Display board is a cost-effective option for temporary signage and displays, particularly popular in a retail environment.

It is commonly used for strut cards, creating a self-standing display for POS/POP. Suitable for Internal use.

DISPA® is a 3.8mm thick display board material with a double-sided, flat print surface. It contains a patented embossed core that gives it strength and rigidity, all whilst being made of 100% paper.

Perfect for short term promotional campaigns and internal usage. DISPA® is a rigid yet lightweight option for internal displays and temporary signage. This display board is 100% paper and is an eco-friendly option as it is fully recyclable.

Exten Opaque Polypropylene is an excellent environmental choice to the use of PVC for POS and display work, particularly that requiring two-side printing.
In addition to super opacity, Exten Opaque is fully primed both sides to improve ink adhesion and extend shelf life

Triaprint, overwise known as Bubble Board is an extruded polypropylene sheet made up of three separate layers. In the centre is a cell structured core. The outer layers are smooth and ideal for printing. The cell structured core makes Triaprint extremely lightweight whilst remaining rigid with high compression strength. Triaprint is made entirely of polypropylene and is therefore completely PVC free. Meaning that Triaprint is 100% recyclable, making it a more environmentally sustainable alternative to PVC or Foamex boards. What is Triaprint used for? Due to its versatility, Triaprint can be used for a multitude of products including; Internal and external signage, POS and hoardings. It comes in thicknesses of 4mm and 6mm and its uses can be compared to those of Correx®

KAPA® is a lightweight foamboard with covering layers in coated cartonboard and a polyurethane foam core. KAPA® multipurpose board is the KAPA® product portfolio’s all-rounder. For the production of KAPA® we solely use FSC®-certified paper cover layers.

The boards make an outstanding substrate for both digital and screen printing, and for decorative applications, model making and die-cutting. They are ideally suitable as mounting or presentation boards for all creative activities. Particularly in the field of architecture, KAPA®line has been successfully employed in creating models for many years. In addition, mounting or laminating prints, images or plans onto KAPA®line is trouble-free, and the lightweight foamboards are also ideal as a material for all direct paint application techniques.

Foamex® is a form of plastic that is made up of expanded PVC. The PVCs molecular structure helps to give Foamex® panels a remarkably flat and even surface, making it ideal for flatbed printing. Foamex® comes in various different colours to facilitate your needs, however, using white allows for better custom printing.

This particular board is perfect for direct UV printing or vinyl mounting, both can be single or double-sided. It’s a lightweight yet durable option for both internal and short-term external uses. It can also be easily cut or routed to shape to make custom shaped prints. Popular uses include external advertising boards and signs, but its versatility means it is also used often internally for shop displays and decorations.

Dibond is the brand name of Aluminium composite sheeting. Other common names include Dilite, Dibond Digital and Raybond. Lightweight and rigid, this cut material consists of a flexible polyethylene core covered with a thin 0.3mm thick aluminium sheet on either side, and is finished with a high quality lacquer that guarantees perfect direct UV printing.

Dibond is mainly used for making signs and displays, it weathers extremely well, with high UV resistance and excellent stability within a range of temperatures. Making it suitable for both Internal and External applications. The perfect metal replacement, Dibond offers the same metallic finish without the weight or the risk of rusting like some other metals. Dibond is easy to work with, it can be drilled, riveted, screwed or nailed to almost any surface, and as it will not rust or crack it is ideal for both long and short term use.
