Foamex® is a form of plastic that is made up of expanded PVC. The PVCs molecular structure helps to give Foamex® panels a remarkably flat and even surface, making it ideal for flatbed printing. Foamex® comes in various different colours to facilitate your needs, however, using white allows for better custom printing.

Dibond is the brand name of Aluminium composite sheeting. Other common names include Dilite, Dibond Digital and Raybond. Lightweight and rigid, this cut material consists of a flexible polyethylene core covered with a thin 0.3mm thick aluminium sheet on either side, and is finished with a high quality lacquer that guarantees perfect direct UV printing.
