Foamex® is a form of plastic that is made up of expanded PVC. The PVC’s molecular structure helps to give Foamex® panels a remarkably flat and even surface, making it ideal for flatbed printing. Foamex® comes in various different colours to facilitate your needs, however, using white allows for better custom printing.

This particular board is perfect for direct UV printing or vinyl mounting, both can be single or double-sided. It’s a lightweight yet durable option for both internal and short-term external uses. It can also be easily cut or routed to shape to make custom shaped prints. Popular uses include external advertising boards and signs, but its versatility means it is also used often internally for shop displays and decorations.

Plywood is a wood-like material that is made by glueing together thin sheets of wood veneer. Sheets of veneer are layered with the grain running perpendicular to each other to improve strength and rigidity. The outer layers will always have the same grain direction. The most common adhesive used during manufacture is a weather-resistant phenolic resin.
What is Plywood used for?
Perfect for creating an eye-catching exhibition stand or a unique POS display, plywood can be printed on using a flatbed printer, resulting in each print being subtly unique to the different grains on the plywood surface. Alternatively, it can be vinyl mounted
